Kim B I was told that this firearm does not violate that Code since the ATF has classified it as a Firearm. It comes from the factory with never having a buttstock so it is not a shotgun and it is longer then 26 inches. That is what I found out after spea

Ohio revised Code: 2923.11 Weapons control definitions. "Sawed-off firearm" means a shotgun with a barrel less than eighteen inches long, or a rifle with a barrel less than sixteen inches long, or a shotgun or rifle less than twenty-six inches long overal

I paid for my preorder in March. Talked to Buds a few days ago. They aren't shipping to Texas either. Gave me a full refund. I would rather have the Mossberg.

If you are not a dealer, you have to ship through a gun dealer in the state of Ohio.

I just saw a video about this gun. Then I looked up my state law. The barrel is 2 inches too short to be legal. Ohio probably has similar restriction.

Most likely a state regulation will not allow the firearm to be shipped or sold in your state. Each state may have different standards then others like California for example
