Frank - if you're over 21, then you can legally order this for shipment to your FFL in Connecticut. The ATF have classified this as a 'firearm' .. but not a shotgun. Hence, the shorter barrel is legal.

Yes it sure is because it is not a shotgun but is classified as a "firearm" by the ATF ***We're currently not shipping this firearm to CA, or MA***
