Nikki, the actions are essentially the same. Bipod, Barrel Length and included Magazine capacity are the major differences.

Manuel, yes it does. It comes with a 22" Hammer Forged Heavy Barrel with Threaded Muzzle and Thread Protector and 1:10" Twist with 5R Rifling.
