Richard, Savage does not offer this firearm with a scope included package. Only the Axis line offers bore sighted scope package included with the firearm. The rail on this Stealth Evolution is set up for putting om optics.

Yes it does Zachary. It comes with a 20" free floating fluted and heavy barrel with Muzzle threads 5/8x24 with muzzle brake.
