Lorcin L380 Capacity
The L380 is a 7 shot .380 (9mm Short) with a detachable box magazine inserted into the pistol grip. The magazine release is located on the left side of the grip, near the bottom of the grip scale. Due to its cast construction and blowback action, the L380 cannot handle +P ammo.
Lorcin L380 Feature
The L380 is made of a die cast zinc alloy. The grips feature aggressive stippling and are secured by 2 screws. The rear of the slide is stippled for grip to operate the slide. It is a striker fired pistol with a deep beaver tail style.
Lorcin L380 Ergonomics
The L380 is a small pistol that will be comfortable in small hands. The magazine includes an extension to offer more grip real estate for better control. The safety is located in the top of the left grip panel.
Lorcin L380 Concealability
The L380 is classified as a pocket pistol and easily concealable. It is lightweight and small, offering several options for carry mode. Ankle carry as well as pocket and IWB carry are very easy methods for concealing such a small gun.
Lorcin L380 Fit-N-Finish
The L380 is die cast and available in with a black finish or chrome plated. It will need to be field stripped to have its parts inspected for burs and other rough edges that could impede proper operation. Lorcin filed bankruptcy after several lawsuits were brought for serious personal injury and death due to mechanical failures of their products.
