Chamber is NOT "match grade." Rifle produces fired cases with a pronounced bulge above the extraction groove, way beyond SAAMI specs. Kimber said too bad, it is within their specs. Brass will not chamber in other .22-250s. Buyer beware. Kimber warranty is worthless.

A chamber that is oversized can cause a firearm to malfunction. This is most commonly seen with .22-250 rifles. Oversized chambers can cause the rifle to overheat and fail.
