The Alexander Arms AR-15 Upper Receiver Build Kit is the perfect kit for anyone wanting to create a one-of-a-kind AR-15. The Upper Receiver Built Kit comes with key components such as a complete mil-spec upper receiver (port door and forward assist installed), mil-spec charging handle, mil-spec gas block, 20" threaded barrel, complete bolt carrier group with bolt, and of course one 10-round magazine. Chambered in 6.5 Grendel, this upper receiver kit squeezes 6.5x39 caliber firepower into a standard AR-sized envelope, offering shooters an immense step up in power compared to a traditional 223 Remington. This Upper Receiver Kit is an excellent choice for a do-it-yourselfer who enjoys custom work and mix-and-matching components to find out what works for them. The upper receiver kit works great for close-to medium-range hunting or home defense with its 20" barrel for tight spaces, and reasonably light weight construction. The upper receiver assembly features a forged 7075-T6 aluminum flat-top receiver matte black finish.
