VOERE X5

As with the other rifles in the system group, the bolt head is modularly interchangeable. The X5 is designed with a modular design. Our M2 / X3 / X4 / X5 rifles basically form a unit of interchangeability. The trigger units are interchangeable with the other modules. The assemblies for the buttstock can be combined with the X3 and M2. The new butt stock is adjustable in height. The earth spur is integrated in the buttstock and can be extended with the wheel adjustment. The buttstock can be used either as a right or left folding stock. The system is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed shooters. It can be set modularly for right-hand ejection or for left-hand ejection of the cartridge case. The bolt handle can be mounted on the left by simple modification, so that a real left / right system is implemented. The weapon is equipped with a roller lock, as is otherwise known from artillery pieces. The closure is therefore largely unaffected by environmental influences. IMPORTANT - The X5 also has an automatic firing pin safety. A shot can therefore only be fired if the chamber is 100% locked. (If the firing pin should break or something similar when the bolt is closed, the firing pin is locked. Unlocking only takes place automatically when it is 100% locked.) Climate tests in arctic cold up to the tropics have been carried out. The X5 is a further development of the already high standard of the X3.
