The centerfire Winchester 9422 is the .22 S/.22 L/.22 LR version of the famous Model 1894 lever-action repeating rifle. Tubular magazine capacity was 21 rounds in the .22S, 17 in .22L, and 15 in .22LR. 1894 followed other famous John Browning-designed Winchesters, such as the Winchester 1873, marketed as “The Gun that Won the West”.
