Taurus M605 Capacity
The M605 is a 5 shot revolver chambered in 357 Magnum/38 Special. The cylinder lock is released by depressing the lock release located on the left side of the frame. The cylinder swings out to the left with the ejector rod for removing empty casings and reloading fresh cartridges.
Taurus M605 Feature
The M605 operates in double action or single action with a transfer bar safety. It has fixed sights with an orange outline night sight front blade, fiber optic front sight, or plain front ramp depending on model selected. The barrel comes in two lengths, 2 inch or 3 inch, with full under barrel lug. The T.O.R.O. models are optic ready for micro red dots.
Taurus M605 Ergonomics
The M605 has a one piece molded rubber grip. The grip has finger grooves and texture molded into it to provide a secure grip and positive control while firing. The small frame allows easy manipulation of the trigger, cylinder release and hammer with the shooting hand while maintaining proper grip.

The M605 uses a small frame and 5 round capacity to offer reliable concealed carry ability. The choice in barrel length will be a factor in carry style and holsters required for concealment with colder temperatures and added layers making concealment easier to attain.
Taurus M605 Fit-N-Finish
The M605 is made from stainless steel. Options in both barrel lengths and sight options also have options of finishes of Cerakote, stainless, matte black, stainless with matte black cylinder, or even matte black with a stainless cylinder for a two tone appearance. The internal parts fit together to allow for consistent operation.
