Sig Sauer P226 X-Five Capacity
The SIG Sauer P226 X-Five is chambered in 9x19mm and uses steel double-stack, single-feed detachable box magazines. The standard capacity for the updated P226 X-Five is an impressive 20 rounds while still being able to use the original 15 round magazines. Mags limited to 10 rounds are available in states with dumb gun laws.

The SIG Sauer P226 X-Five has been updated for the modern era to include an optics-ready slide with fully-adjustable target sights, an improved trigger, ambidextrous controls, and an increased magazine capacity of 20 rounds. The frame includes an accessory rail for mounting lasers and weapon lights and features a textured wood or nylon grip with aggressive texturing.
Sig Sauer P226 X-Five Ergonomics
The P226 X-Five’s updated design retains the overall classic feel of the original while improving the handling. The re-designed slide matches the aesthetic of the P320 and includes its large front and rear slide serrations for improved control while manually cycling the action, and its enlarged ambidextrous thumb safety is easily reached by both left and right handed users.
Sig Sauer P226 X-Five Concealability
The only drawback to the P226 X-Five is its size. Measuring 8.6 inches long, 5.9 inches tall and 1.7 inches wide, this gun is very difficult to conceal without a good holster and the proper attire, and the protruding contours and components can cause some discomfort in certain positions. That said, it was built as a competition and duty pistol, and is most easily carried in an open-carry environment.
Sig Sauer P226 X-Five Fit-N-Finish
All care was taken when creating the new P226 X-Five. This pistol is built on a stainless steel frame and has a stainless steel slide and nitron coated barrel, all of which makes the gun very resistant to weather and wear. The grip panels available include a beautiful cocobolo grip that will turn heads at the range or black hogue grips that refuse to slip.
