Ruger Sr40C Capacity
Shipped with 10 round magazines, the Ruger SR40C standard magazines can be found with flush-fit or extended floor plates, the latter allowing the user to get a full grip on the pistol. The SR9C is capable of accepting any Ruger SR9 magazine, allowing additional capacities of 15 and even 28 rounds.
Ruger Sr40C Ergonomics
The Ruger SR40C features both front and rear slide serrations to assist the user in manipulating the slide with multiple grip choices. The polymer frame offers effective grip texturing that isn’t uncomfortable when carrying concealed. The windage-adjustable 3-dot factory sights offer a very intuitive sighting system that remains visible in low-light conditions.
Ruger Sr40C Concealability
The Ruger SR40C features a short grip height with an overall length just under 7 inches, making this a very easy pistol to conceal. The tapering of the rear of the slide and the angles cut along the rear of the sights prevent clothing from blocking your draw.
Ruger Sr40C Fit-N-Finish
The Ruger SR40C features every bit of Ruger’s excellent build quality. All of the machined surfaces are free of tool marks and the polymer frame is free of any overpress defects. The slide runs as smoothly as any other quality striker-fired pistol on the market, and the contours of the gun assist in an unhindered draw.
Ruger Sr40C Feature
The Ruger SR40C is a semi-automatic compact 9mm that has a 10 round magazine, but can also accept the larger SR40 magazines. It has an ambidextrous magazine release and safety, and windage adjustable sights. The barrel is 3.4 inches long and sits inside a stainless steel frame and the SR40C’s polymer frame cuts down the weight.
