Ruger Gp100 Feature

The Ruger GP100 is a double-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum and has a 5 round cylinder.  Its double-action trigger and its ergonomically contoured grip make the GP100 a great choice as a defensive handgun while its 4.2 inch barrel gives the fired rounds plenty of muzzle velocity.

Ruger Gp100 Ergonomics

The Ruger GP100 features modern grip designs into a centuries-old action.  With the added material behind the hammer, this revolver is much more comfortable and capable of taking quick follow-up shots than the Colt 1873.  The textured Hogue grip promotes better control of this revolver when firing one-handed.

Ruger Gp100 Concealability

The Ruger GP100 is available with barrel lengths from 2 to 6 inches.  With its shortest 2 inch barrel, the gun measures just over 7 inches long while the height remains constant at about 6 inches tall.  Concealing the Ruger GP100 would most easily be done with a shoulder holster, though concealing it along your belt can be done with the proper holster and attire.

Ruger Gp100 Fit-N-Finish

Whether you have the polished stainless steel model or the beautifully blued version, the Ruger GP100 is built with great care and attention to detail.  The double-action trigger has a long yet smooth pull, and the grip fits well into most hands.
