The Ruger 10/22 Takedown Lite is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .22LR and has a quick-detaching 16.1 inch barrel that can quickly and easily be removed for easy storage.  The barrel is surrounded by a vented shroud made of aircraft grade aluminum that tensions the barrel for maximum accuracy and the barrel has a ½-28 thread on the muzzle.  The lockup between the receiver and barrel guarantees a proper return-to-zero.

The Rugeer 10/22 Takedown Lite measures 34.6 inches long and weighs only 4.5 pounds unloaded.  This rifle can easily be carried for long durations with minimal fatigue thanks to its incredibly light weight, and its relatively short overall length allows for easy maneuvering through close-quarter environments.  The general lack of protruding edges also prevents it from getting caught on foliage and other objects.

The Ruger 10/22 Takedown Lite is built with the same attention, care, and quality engineering and manufacturing as all of Ruger’s other products.  The receiver is drilled and tapped to accept optics, and the barrel mounting bracket is designed to offer a solid return-to-zero after the barrel is re-inserted.  This rifle does not have any factory-installed iron sights.
