With an unloaded weight of 10.5 pounds, carrying this rifle over long distances may be uncomfortable for many shooters.  Measuring 44 inches long, this rifle may be difficult to get in and out of a vehicle, while components such as the grip, magazine and stock may cause the rifle to get caught on dense vegetation.

Remington 700 PCR Ergonomics

Ergonomics
The Remington 700 PCR properly employs modern technology and engineering into a precision rifle.  Its free-floated handguard allows grips and other accessories to be attached to the user’s liking, its stock modularity allows the shooter to use whatever stock he or she wants, and its extended bolt handle allows for easy bolt manipulation.  The pistol grip is unique in that the attachment point is rotated to insist on a more vertical grip which inherently gives the user a more precise trigger pull and a more accurate shot.

Remington 700 PCR Fit & Finish

The Remington 700 PCR has a comfortably-designed stock and grip setup derived from the AR15 onto a chassis that was well designed to give the rifle a mean look.  The type-3 hard anodizing on the handguard is very durable, and the bluing on the slide and barrel are uniformly applied.
