Mossberg 930 Spx Capacity
The Mossberg 930 SPX has a magazine tube that can hold up to 7 shells. Shells are loaded directly into the magazine tube through the loading port in the bottom of the receiver.
Mossberg 930 Spx Feature
The Mossberg 930 SPX is a semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun that has a 7-round fixed tube magazine. It is available with a traditional profile stock or with an integrated pistol grip. The 930 SPX uses an aperture “ghost ring” sight and the barrel has an improved cylinder bore.
Mossberg 930 Spx Ergonomics
The Mossberg 930 XPS features a traditional shape to its buttstock giving the user a familiar feel while employing a short 18.5 inch barrel, giving the shotgun a center of gravity behind the support hand, improving handling in tight spaces.
Mossberg 930 Spx Mobility
Due to the Mossberg 930 XPS sporting a short 18.5 inch barrel, mobility through any terrain is simple. Weighing only 7.5 pounds, this shotgun is as easy to move with as a typical AR15. The shorter barrel brings the center of gravity of this shotgun closer to the user, allowing you to turn and engage targets faster than longer shotguns.
Mossberg 930 Spx Fit-N-Finish
The Mossberg 930 XPS ships exclusively with composite furniture. The forend and the stock are both very sturdy even though the pistol-gripped models have a stock that looks like it would be on the flimsy side, but even that stock option is solid. The joint running down the middle of the stock from where the two halves are friction-welded together is visible in some examples, however a skilled gunsmith can remove that defect in a matter of minutes.
