rifles circa 1887 – 1914. The H & A Junior Model became known as the 922 (.22LR), 925 (.25RF), and 932 (.32RF) after 1902. The Merwin Hulbert & Co Junior is a lever action falling block breechloader with a round 22“ barrel. Stamped "Made by the Hopkins & Allen Manfg. Co. Norwich Conn. U.S.A." and "The Merwin Hulbert & Co. Junior" on the top of barrel. The Junior rifle was made with 20 or 22 inch round barrel in .22 rimfire but also in .25 rimfire and with 26 inch barrel in .32 rimfire. There was also Fancy Junior rifle with octagonal barrel.
