Model X.X.O has two recoil lugs. Also available for left-hander. Pirkan Ase Limited, Finnish arms manufacturer, has manufactured quality sporting and competition rifles for demanding customers since 1979. All chambers and barrel threads for Lynx rifles are handcrafted at Pirkan Ase. CAD software is employed in the design process, but the bolts are manufactured of stout CrMo steel which retains its tenacity well. The surface is case-hardened to withstand extreme wear. The superior trigger mechanism was also developed by Mr. Torsti Laaksonen. The barrel riflings are supplied by the German Lothar Walther GmbH.
