Kimber SIS Custom RL

A perfect blend of power, dependability and no-nonsense carry features, the SIS Custom RL is one of four new professional-grade .45 ACP pistols designed and commissioned by LAPD's elite Special Investigation Section (SIS). Operating undercover, plain-clothed SIS detectives depend on their pistols to a much greater extent than uniformed officers or tactical team members. Its full-size slide and frame are machined from stainless steel. Unique features include flat top slide and SIS night sights. SIS night sights incorporate a cocking shoulder into the rear sight allowing the operator to cock the pistol one-handed against a belt, steering wheel or other object, in the event of a hand or arm injury. The lightweight SIS Hammer reduces lock time and improves accuracy, and the solid trigger, SIS-pattern slide serrations, gray KimPro II finish and black small parts give this pistol a striking appearance. Beavertail grip safeties are bumped and grooved, slide and frame edges are softened with a Kimber Service Melt treatment and ambidextrous thumb safety is included.
