Kimber Warrior Capacity
The Kimber Warrior is chambered in the caliber of our Lord and Savior, John Moses Browning, 45 ACP. This pistol feeds from single-stack steel magazines with a 7 round capacity.
Kimber Warrior Feature
The Kimber Warrior is an improved 1911 pattern pistol that refines every aspect over the original gun. It retains the 5 inch barrel inside a match-grade barrel bushing and sits in a slide topped with windage-adjustable 3-dot sights.
Kimber Warrior Ergonomics
The Kimber Warrior will have a very familiar feel if you’ve ever held any other 1911 before, though the differences definitely stand out. The Warrior has aggressive checkering on the front and back of the grip as well as Hogue-style grip panels on the left and right. Its grip safety is easily disengaged with a proper hold on the gun and the ambidextrous thumb safety is easily reached even by small-handed users.
Kimber Warrior Concealability
The Kimber Warrior is identical in overall size to other 1911 pistols. Measuring 8.7 inches long and nearly 6 inches tall, this pistol is rather difficult to conceal. The exposed hammer and the beavertail along the back of the grip safety can easily cause discomfort when carrying in certain positions.
Kimber Warrior Fit-N-Finish
The Kimber Warrior has a 4 pound trigger pull and accepts all standard 1911 magazines. Kimbers are known to have a 200-round break-in period, so don’t fret if your pistol doesn’t run like a sewing machine right out of the box.
