The HK VP9 Tactical uses double-stack, single-feed magazines and comes standard with 10 and 17 round magazines. Aftermarket magazine manufacturers also offer 30 and 40 round magazines for the VP9.

The HK VP9 Tactical improves upon the VP9 with an optics-ready slide and a threaded barrel. It retains its base-model’s ambidextrous controls and modular grip and adds taller suppressor-height sights.
Hk Vp9 Tactical Ergonomics
The HK VP9 Tactical has ambidextrous controls including its tilt-down style magazine release. Its grip has replaceable panels to tailor the grip to your hand and its large, deep slide serrations improve control when manually cycling the slide. Its slanted rear sight allows the user to pull the slide back with their belt when reloading in case their support hand is not useable.
Hk Vp9 Tactical Concealability
Concealment is possible with the right holster and attire, however it may be uncomfortable to carry due to its rear sight being so tall, which can lead to discomfort in some positions. It would be rather difficult to prevent the heel of the grip from protruding through clothing.

The HK VP9 Tactical is available in multiple color schemes. Its frame is incredibly sturdy and the coating on the slide is incredibly resistant to weather and wear.
