Ballistic Stats
The SP5K-PDW is semi-automatic civilian sporting version of the ultimate close quarters weapon – The HK MP5K. The “K” designation is from the German word for short – kurz; thus the K model’s shorter barrel and receiver. But no matter the size, all SP5 and MP5 models share the same HK roller-delayed blowback operating system, which is legendary for its accuracy, reliability, and smooth shooting dynamic. Originally perfected on the Heckler & Koch G3 rifle, this system has been used on many

HK firearms still deployed around the world. The SP5K-PDW was designed and manufactured to meet the definition of a civilian pistol. It is loaded with authentic features, like a 4.5” barrel with Navy-style threaded tri-lug adaptor, paddle magazine release, and fluted chamber. The SP5K-PDW is manufactured in Heckler & Koch’s factory in Oberndorf, Germany. It retains many of the critical elements of the MP5 and MP5K, including its precision-machined components and attention to detail. This high level of quality and workmanship is a result of making civilian SP5 variants in the same factory, on the same lines, and by the same workforce that has been making MP5s for years.Heckler & Koch SP5K-PDW For Sale

Heckler & Koch Sp5K-Pdw Capacity
The Heckler & Koch SP5K-PDW feeds from double-stack, double-feed detachable box magazines with capacities of 10, 20, and 30 rounds. To load the SP5K, pull back the charging handle and rotate it up into the notch in the groove, insert the magazine into the magazine well, and smack the charging handle down.
Heckler & Koch Sp5K-Pdw Feature
The Heckler & Koch SP5K-PDW is a semi-automatic, NFA compliant version of the MP5K and is chambered in 9x19mm. It uses the same magazines with a standard capacity of 30 rounds, and is built with almost all identical parts to the original MP5. Its forend lacks the vertical grip found on the original, however it does include an ambidextrous safety. It also lacks a paddle-style magazine release and opts for only the push-button release, though it does come standard with an optics rail.
Heckler & Koch Sp5K-Pdw Ergonomics
The SP5K-PDW handles and operates identically to the MP5 with its semi-automatic roller-delayed action. Its lack of a front grip leads many users to place their support hand around the magazine well. Its charging handle is just like the original in its ability to lock the bolt to the rear and it retains the “slap me, I’ve been naughty” characteristics everyone loves about the charging handle.
Heckler & Koch Sp5K-Pdw Mobility
The H&K SP5K-PDW is incredibly easy to carry through any terrain. With a weight of 4.2 pounds unloaded and a length just over 14 inches, this gun makes navigating close-quarter environments an absolute breeze.
Heckler & Koch Sp5K-Pdw Fit-N-Finish
The SP5K is built on a stamped sheet metal receiver and has many components welded together. These welds are known to stick out like a sore thumb, but they are all incredibly strong. Its trigger housing is made of a polymer material and is very resistant to scratching and cracking.
