Hk 94 Capacity
The HK 94 is chambered in 9x19mm NATO (9mm Parabellum, 9mm Luger) and feeds from MP5 pattern magazines. This gives the gun a standard magazine capacity of 30 rounds, however shorter 10 and 20 round magazines can be found with a little bit of searching around.
Hk 94 Feature
The HK 94 is a semi-automatic, rifle-length version of the greatest submachine gun ever made, the MP5. Operating on the same roller-delayed blowback action, the HK 94 is built with a longer 16 inch barrel and has a trigger pack that only allows for semi-auto fire. Aside from that, everything is the same as the MP5 from its sights to its stock to its controls. This model, however, only has the push-button style magazine release instead of a paddle style release.
Hk 94 Ergonomics
The HK 94 can be found with a fixed stock or a collapsing one, giving its user a very comfortable sight picture, while mounting optics above the gun demands most users to employ a chin weld. The non-reciprocating charging handle sits above the handguard and is easily cycled if no optics are mounted. The front grip has a triangular profile for a very comfortable support grasp, and the long pistol grip offers a very comfortable and consistent trigger pull. The fire selector can be hard to reach for most users as it is much higher and more forward than that of the AR15, causing most users to have to bend their wrist uncomfortably to flip the fire selector to “safe”.
Hk 94 Mobility
With the HK 94’s short overall max length of 27 inches, this gun is perfect for close quarters use. Due to its 5.6 pound weight, this light and short gun is easy to carry in any environment. Its ambidextrous controls allow for easy weapon manipulation when firing from either the right or left shoulder, and its various stock choices can make this weapon even shorter when necessary.
Hk 94 Fit-N-Finish
The HK 94 may look to many like it was built in a hardware store with all of the obvious weld marks on the receiver and bolt, but this gun is built to be durable. The fixed-stock versions have a sturdy composite stock that fits tight around the back of the receiver, while the collapsing-stock versions do have a certain amount of play.
