See DealThe Hy Hunter's Frontier Six Shooter is single action revolver that was manufactured in West Germany and imported in USA by Hy Hunter in 1970's. It was a clone of the Colt Model P. However, it has a frame mounted firing pin rather than one mounted on the hammer. It was mafe in 22LR, 22 Magnum, 44 Magnum and 357 Magnum calibers. WESTERN GERMANY. The right side of the barrel is marked “”WESTERN SIX-SHOOTER MODEL and then caliber is marked. The gun is mounted with a fixed front sight. The rear sight is a groove milled into the top strap. The sights are only visible when the hammer is cocked.
