loaded to take turkey from under 30 yards while the other can be loaded for longer distances. With the Reaper Magnum's barrel selector switch that can be easily flipped before pulling the trigger, the hunter gets to choose which barrel to shoot first.
One other thing about the Reaper Magnum's dual barrels is that it can utilize two entirely different choke tubes. With each of its chambers measuring 3 1/2 inches, it will feed any 12-gauge turkey load available today with no issues. And there are varying shotshell options on the market that can be loaded in each chamber.
Out of the box, the CZ Reaper Magnum's comes with a total of six extended interchangeable choke tubes which can come in real handy, allowing for what seem to be endless possible combinations of shells and chokes for any hunting scenario where turkey and other game birds can be taken.
With its barrels measuring 26 inches each, the CZ Reaper Magnum has enough room to take advantage of higher-velocity loads designed for taking turkey at longer ranges than most other shotguns, but its overall length still makes it relatively easy to maneuver in tight spaces when needed.
It comes standard with a bead sight, but as hunters prefer to use optics, it also has a removable Picatinny rail mounted on the vented rib just above the top barrel. And perhaps one of the best things about it is, it's easy to lug around all day as it only weighs seven pounds.
