Colt Delta Elite Capacity
The Colt Delta Elite is chambered in 10mm Auto and uses standard 8-round, single-stack 10mm pattern 1911 magazines.
Colt Delta Elite Feature
The Colt Delta Elite is an 80-series 1911 chambered in 10mm Auto. It is built with a 5-inch barrel paired with windage-adjustable iron sights and fires from a single-action trigger pull.
Colt Delta Elite Ergonomics
The Colt Delta Elite keeps its ergonomics simple with its right-handed controls and smooth grip. It is built with checkered grips that can be replaced with any aftermarket grips designed for a standard full-size 1911. The slide is serrated to either side of the rear sight to provide plenty of grip when manually cycling the action and it lacks front serrations to prevent a user’s hands from ending up in front of the muzzle.
Colt Delta Elite Concealability
The Colt Delta Elite is the same size as a standard 1911 and though it is far from impossible to conceal a handgun of this size, it is difficult without a good holster, proper placement and the right choice in attire. This gun can also cause some discomfort when carried in certain positions due to its exposed hammer and the extended beavertail along the back of the grip safety.
Colt Delta Elite Fit-N-Finish
The Colt Delta Elite is available in all-black, in stainless steel with the slide and frame in the white, or in a two-tone setup. If you’re lucky, you may be able to stumble upon a rare, polished, nickel-plated model.
