The Century Arms Micro Draco AK47 Pistol is a standard AK47 action in a very compact pistol configuration. The Micro is the shortest of the three available models (Mini & Standard being the others). The Draco is a Romanian firearm imported by Century Arms International. It is chambered in 7.62x39 and features a stamped receiver, a wooden foregrip and a 6.25-inch barrel with a flash hider. Century Arms Micro Draco Capacity
The Century Arms Micro Draco, manufactured by Cigur Arms in Romania, accepts all standard AK47 pattern magazines. Shipped with a 30 round magazine, this gun accepts detachable box magazines with capacities of 10 and 20 rounds while also accepting drum magazines with 60 and 75 round capacities.
Century Arms Micro Draco Feature
The Century Arms Micro Draco is the shortest AKM pattern pistol offered by Century Arms International. Its controls are identical to any AKM, and it accepts all standard AKM pattern magazines. Its 6.25 inch barrel is protected by a very thick and tall contoured handguard that is designed to keep the user’s hands behind the muzzle and to prevent burns to the user’s hand. Built off of Romanian parts kits, the Micro Draco uses a cast barrel trunion.
Century Arms Micro Draco Ergonomics
Aft of the handguard, this pistol is basically identical to other stockless AKM models. The handguard features contours for a comfortable hand grip over a short lateral distance while the front of the handguard curves downward sharply to prevent the user’s hand from ending up in front of the muzzle. The sides of the handguard are tall to increase surface area, though the handguard remains open at the top around the gas tube which can get very hot while firing.

Century Arms Micro Draco Fit-N-Finish
Built in Romania, the build quality of the Century Arms Micro Draco is that of the WASR-10 series of rifles. The Micro Draco features a cast barrel trunion, metal components with a black finish, and the ability to accept all standard AKM magazines. The wood handguard is sanded to a smooth finish and is protected by a somewhat glossy clear coat.
