These SKS rifles from the former Yugoslavia are definitely not your garden variety Simonov rifle! In addition to the milled receiver, screwed in barrel, milled trigger group and under folding blade bayonet, these honeys have an integral NATO standard 22mm grenade launcher and flip up sight built right in! Not only does this particular rifle have a cool looking launcher, our SKS's have flip up night sights, a gas system cut off button, 10 rd. integral mag. and sling swivel! Barrel: 24",

Sks Capacity
The SKS is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm and has a fixed 10-round magazine. To load the magazine, pull back on the charging handle to lock it back. Load up to 10 rounds by loading one at a time by hand or load up to 10 at once by inserting a clip into the guides on the bolt carrier, and push.
Sks Feature
The SKS is a semi-automatic, gas-operated rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm with a fixed magazine sporting a capacity of 10 rounds. This rifle operates on a short-stroke piston with a tilting bolt inside a milled receiver. It has a 20 inch barrel and can often be found with a folding bayonet.
Sks Ergonomics
The SKS has a very traditional layout in its stock while offering a comfortable and familiar sight picture. Its safety is located along the back of the trigger guard and the cutout on the stock allows for easy safety engagement. Loading is simple to learn, as is cleaning, and the weight of the rifle combined with its gas system offer a smooth-shooting rifle that produces very little recoil.
Sks Mobility
The SKS weighs 8.5 pounds and measures 40 inches long in its most basic setups. Its lack of protruding features allows the user to easily navigate through dense vegetation though its long length may still cause some difficulty in close-quarter environments.
Sks Fit-N-Finish
Nyet! Rifle is fine! Don’t do this to your rifle. It’s beautiful the way Simonov created it. Also, running AK magazines is a huge risk in terms of reliability. It’s better off being left in cosmoline in some Russian warehouse than being distorted into a fake tacticool rifle that has feeding trouble.
