Beretta Arx 100 Feature
The Beretta ARX100 is the semi-automatic-only, civilian-legal version of the ARX160 and is chambered in 5.56NATO. It has an 18 inch barrel topped with a full-length optics rail. Its handguard is free-floating to increase accuracy. This rifle operates on a short-stroke gas piston and multi-lug rotating bolt.
Beretta Arx 100 Ergonomics
The ARX100 has fully-ambidextrous controls and has a charging handle that can quickly be switched from the left to the right side simply by locking the bolt to the rear and pushing the handle to the other side. The telescoping stock allows the user the ability to quickly change the length of pull for a proper sight picture and trigger pull.
Beretta Arx 100 Mobility
The ARX100 measures just shy of 36 inches long with its stock unfolded and collapsed and has an unloaded weight of 6.8 pounds. With a weight lighter than a typical AR15, this rifle is easier to carry over long durations than an AR. Its short length allows for effective maneuvering in close-quarter environments and its folding stock makes climbing in and out of vehicles far easier.
Beretta Arx 100 Fit-N-Finish
The ARX100 is built with a liberal application of polymer to reduce weight. The wall thicknesses are increased to add strength. The barrel has a pencil profile to keep the weight low and speed up barrel cooling. All steel components are black-nitride coated to prevent damage from weather and wear.
