BOSS GUN Features: Smooth Steel Shotgun Butt, Straight Grip, Cheek Rest with Accent Line, Hartford Forend, Deluxe Long Range Tang Sight, Buckhorn and Globe w/Post Barrel Sights. Barrels: For the BOSS GUN the No. 1 Heavy Tapered Octagon is standard. However, the standard weight barrel is available at no extra cost. 12 3/4 lbs., 34" at 13 1/2 lbs. Full Tapered Octagon is standard. Optional Part Octagon to Round Tapered Barrel is available at $75.00 extra. (Half Octagon is approximately 11" Octagon and the balance Tapered Round.) We use only Badger Barrels with cut rifleing and handlapped. Sights: Globe with Post in front and Rocky Mountain Buckhorn Rear Barrel Sights, Deluxe Long Range Tang Sight with Windage Adjustment. Other sights available. Receiver: With Double Set Triggers and Straight Grip. Pistol Grip configurations are available if desired. Hand Engraving: Grade I: Right Side with S-Banner with BOSS GUN on raised receiver flat; Left Side with Oval for customer initials (maximum of three [3] initials), plus Accent Engraving on lockplate and receiver. Grade II: Same as Grade I except for additional engraving on all receiver group parts. Grade III: Currently the most dense hand engraved coverage available. Metal Finish: Receiver group and Butt Plate are French Grey standard, Color Case Hardened Receiver and Butt Plate also available on request; Barrel and Sights hand-polished, high lustre blued. Wood: American Walnut XXX Fancy standard. Presentation grade available at $300.00 extra. Buttstock: Hartford Style Heavy Butt, Straight Grip, Cheek Rest with Accent Line (for right handed shooter); available without cheek rest on request. Custom Shop Detail Fit and Finish. Wood is Hand Rubbed to a Satin Finish. Forend: Hartford Style with Cast German Silver Nose Cap.
