Gun Descriptions

Kahr is proud to introduce the latest addition to their double-action compact pistol product line – the Kahr CT380. The new .380 ACP caliber is the fourth pistol in the Kahr Value Series to be introduced in 2014. Earlier this year, Kahr introduced the CT40, CT45, and the CT9. The new CT380 features a 3.0 inch barrel, an overall length of 5.52 inches and a height of 4.4 inches. It weighs just 11.44 ounces without a magazine. The pistol has a black polymer frame and features 4140 steel inserts molded into the front and back of the frame for added rigidity. It has a machined, solid 416 matte stainless steel slide and a textured polymer grip. The Kahr CT380 features a lock breech, modified Browning type recoil lug, and features the “safe cam” action and offset recoil lug barrel design found in all Kahr pistols. The result is a compact pistol with very little felt recoil and quick follow-up shots. The pistol features drift adjustable white bar-dot combat rear sight and pinned-in polymer front sight. Lastly, the slide locks back after firing the last round – another feature missing on a number of other value-priced compact semi-auto pistols. The durability and reliability of the CT380 model makes it a strong consideration as a backup gun for law enforcement.

The Ruger LC380, chambered in the popular .380 Automatic cartridge, is a great choice for single stack concealed carry pistol. In fact, this handgun has a width of less than an inch and only weighs 17.2 ounces. Additionally Ruger has incorporated a lightweight polymer frame, alloy steel slide, and fixed sights into the popular LC380. Comparable to the proven LC9, this version in .380 kicks less than a 9mm Luger and is great for shooters with weak hands. The perfect pairing of the award-winning LC9 pistol and the popular 380ACP cartridge. Dovetailed, High-Visibility 3-DOT Sight System with windage adjustable rear sight and fixed front sight. Checkered Grip Frame provides a secure and comfortable grip. Includes internal lock, manual safety, magazine safety, and loaded chamber indicator, which provides confirmation of a loaded or empty chamber.
