Gun Descriptions

The Silverback is currently the only dual-tone 1911 in the Dan Wesson line. The stainless slide with polished flats features adjustable target style tritium sights, serrated top rib and ball cuts on the dust cover. The stainless frame is finished in our Duty black nitride finish and completed with G10 full thickness grips. The Silverback is built to the same tolerances and finished to the same levels as the Dan Wesson flagship Valor series.

The Valor returns with enhancements, including a Stan Chen SI magwell, tapered grip and tactical ambidextrous safety. The new slide stop is now recessed for laser grip applications. A serrated U-Notch rear sight and front tritium sight with a large orange ring allows for fast sight acquisition. The Stainless Steel version of the Valor receives a bead-blasted finish. The Valor now comes with an inverted rib, and an updated slide stop that allows for laser grip panels. Sitting atop the slide are a serrated U-notch rear sight and a front tritium with a large orange ring, while GI-style cocking serrations give it a classic look. Our new inset serrations not only knock down any glare from the top of the slide — they also look great!
